I am taking a stab at videos that have narration versus a blog with pictures and a recipe. Now you are walked through preparation step by step in real time....
As you've probably realized, I tend to make frittatas on a regular basis. They are the perfect brunch item if you have veggies, meat, potatoes, or any other leftovers you want to use. It all depends on your taste.
Listed below are the items I used close to the ordered done:
8 small gourmet red potatoes
crisco pure vegetable oil
black pepper (in grinder)
garlic powder (you can use onion powder if you prefer)
8 large eggs
thin sliced tomato
whipped cream cheese
grated parmesan cheese
grated mild cheddar cheese
cutting knife and board
large frying pan
one paper towel or kitchen cloth
