I hope that you had a good weekend. I found myself in a quandry today. With the health things I am going through, I have been placed on a SUPER strict diet. A diet that does not include my beloved avocados... :-( There are other things, but the avocado was the hardest one for me to give up! Below is the recipe for the shakes. Try them out and let me know what you think?
-Two medium bananas
-Four heaping tablespoons peanut butter
-Four scoops soy vanilla ice cream (or traditional)
-Generous amount of Chocolate Moo sauce (fat and dairy free)
-Half cup of milk (soy or regular)
There you have it! Enjoy...!
